Where do you ship from?
All MagnetiGrip™ orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you faster, so please submit any change or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we’re unable to make changes — but don’t worry, you can still return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure, hassle-free checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping begins the day after processing.

Due to high demand and international logistics, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Prices on our website are displayed in USD and do not include local taxes or customs duties. These may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s import regulations. MagnetiGrip™ is not responsible for these additional charges or delays caused by local customs.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received an item that’s wrong, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll take care of it — fast.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by card, please allow 7–10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear. For PayPal, the refund may appear faster. If there’s a delay, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly.
